He joined Satyam recently. He is happy with his package but not with the kind of work he is doing. He requested to change the team so that he can get a kinda quality work. No one responded. He made his decision to leave the company and he got an offer from another org.
Now notice period is 2 months. As his experience is less, certainly team has got no dependency on him and client accepted to release him. But Satyam refused to send him out since he is billable resource. He agreed to stay back for 2 months.
After 2 months, they made final settlement to him and gave a cheque worth Rs 70,000 INR. when he deposited the cheque, he came to know that cheque is stopped. He tried to reach various people there, but no one is accepting the call. He mailed and got no reply.
Even i heard another incident from another colleague while he was leaving Satyam. They held his passport and threatened him of not giving passport if he leaves.
P.S. I donot have any grudge towards Satyam. The news i heard is very genuine.

Just approach TV 5 or NTV, they would do the rest, extra motivation for them is that they can indirectly target TV9 and srini raju.
the problem is, this guy is from TN. I have asked him to file a case. He is going to do it after waiting for another 2 days. I will provide Case reference number to these people :-)
