Hello Government Officers - It is highly appreciated that you are spending several millions for the welfare of poor people,farmers and women. But please think a while before you spend my entire tax for this charity activity. I'm doing enough charity in my life, Please do not spend my tax also for this purpose. My company deduct tax from my salary and credit rest of the salary to my bank account. Therefore i consider myself as sincere tax payee. So this tax payee want to bring few things to your notice.
-> Recently i was crossing a circle and a sincere police officer caught me and charged me some amount for not having pollution checked (I got receipt as well). When i said, i don't have money, sincere traffic police asked me to deposit my license and get money from ATM. Unfortunately, signal lights were not working near that circle. I asked Traffic Police to let me know whom should i penalize about these signal Lights. Traffic police asked me to penalize CM of our state for not allotting proper budget for these roads and signals improvement. Traffic Police also informed me that they have collected 14 Crores in the form of fines (from people who are not following traffic rules) and transferred it to government. Its really unfortunate that you are spending my fine money also on charity. Recently i faced similar issue when there were rains in Hyderabad. My tax and fine amount with same old roads and traffic signals
-> I was waiting for a bus at mantralayam and i got ticket to hyderabad. Bus is supposed to leave at 1:15 PM in Mantralayam. But it reached mantralayam bus stand at 3 PM. When i demanded(requested) explaination, driver responded " We have only one bus here and if the bus condition is not good, what should i do". After paying so much money and waiting for 2 hours, i got very soft reply. Recently i heard a statement from a minister who takes care of RTC that you have not provided any funds to RTC this year.
-> I saw one fly over in Secunderabad (Seethaphalmandi), where construction was started 10 years back and flyover didn't make any progress. It was stopped in the middle of construction thus blocking vehicles there.
So no roads improvement and no transport improvement for us. Good Good.
-> I was very happy that you have implemented some new schemes to poor people like Arogya Shree. I read in one news paper that one guy couldn't get enough help from Arogya Shree and he needs immediate help for an operation. I immediately approached him and found the problem. He got arogya shree card in febrauary during Arogya Shree launch. After that they gave birth to one of the child and child's name was entered in ration card but not in Arogya Shree card. This is september and till date child's name was not entered. This was not of much concern when hospital authorities accepted the case as the name was available in ration card. Hospital authorities accepted to treat and without any basic tests, hospital authorities asked these poor people to come after one month as child got cough and the season is not good. What a nice doctor, without any basic checks asking patients to come after a MONTH. I also heard that if anything happens and if patients complain about hospital, Government is going to stop payment to hospitals. I have not listened any successful arogya shree case except the one shown in TV ad.
Sincerely

There is some opposition to the flyover being constructed in Seethapalmandi, hence the delay. Off course that's not on because they should have taken every one into confidence before starting the project but you know how shortsighted our policy makers are.
P.S: All the problems you mentioned are from your personal perspective and if you really go deep into them everything boils down to one thing, lack of competent work force and who are to be blamed for that?
my post was more about Budget allotment (to roads improvement and Budget allotment to RTC...). I hope govt are the right people to be blamed in this regard.
Without alloting proper budget to all these things, they are concentrating on Arogya Shree and other Indiramma gruhaly and some other things. I accept to the fact that these policies are not implemented properly because of incompetent work force. Even then I don't blame them and i blame only government who should be taking care of these incompetent work force. They should make sure that all policies are implemented correctly.
Problem with us is that we are always concerned only about our problems, we as a society seldom look at people who might be deserving more help than others. Competent people are all chasing the private companies so who is left are chosen by the government, still they are able to deliver something unlike other states like Bihar, which accounts for the majority of rankers in civil exams but look at what has become of the state which at a point was one of the best administered states in India.
I am earning something and i am paying tax and i don't think they are taking my money for charity. i don't want roads/rtc to hurt me by giving such poor service.
Do something to me and then do what ever you want to poor people...
tax payers money is the only source for them?
Duh!! Income tax is not the be all end all for the government, infact it would be at the max 20% of the revenue that the government earns.
I stand corrected it seems there are only 20 million taxpayers in our country, population being 1 billion+. {biggrin}
